Thank you for being opened December 27 when everyone else was closed. Our trailer broke Christmas Day & finding parts was impossible. With 7 trailer places on the Central Coast all shut due to Christmas, driving and hour was doable. Super happy that you stocked parts for our older trailer.

Avoid isp Glendale if possible. Staff are rude and arrogant and obviously hate their lives and probably have ugly mrs

This was an experience I wouldn’t want to relive. Some of the staff are very rude. If I hadn’t called to check if my job was finished I think I would still be waiting. The quality of the product is not good. My connection for lights was screwed into a plastic bumper and I expect will be dislodged at the first minor impact. Ye retainer bolt was installed next to the electrics connector making it difficult to switch tow connectors. This is basic stuff. If this is what Hayman Reece produce then stay away. I’ll get a new connection fitting made somewhere else or set up something myself. I regret meeting these people. ISP was once a trusted brand but my confidence is low. Avoid the rude guy with the mullet haircut.

Sam and the team helped me out big time last minute with a tow bar for my Landcruiser the day before we went on holidays. He even ordered the part in express to make it happen. With out this we would not have the kids bike on holidays.They even got me a part for the bike rack. Thanks guys.

Helpful and good range of trailer products that are well priced and easier than dealing with online stores.Had most things I needed to give this trailer a new lease of life.

After calling everywhere to find a certain trailer connector on Sunday (most places did not sell it or out of stock). ISP and Sunday manager Anthony helped me with my purchase over the phone. The great service helped me out big time. Thank you Anthony, Staff and ISP Glendale.

Needed some parts for my caravan brakes. Salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful, I got everything I needed and some education as well, thanks ISP, first class service.
