First sesh tonight and I gotta say that was the best gym session I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to a lot of gyms! The energy from JJ is next level, the coaching, knowledge and friendliness from Joyce and him was absolutely top of the fitness industry level. The building is so clean and spacious and the community and members were so so welcoming - every single one of them, I’ve never felt so at home like I did tonight at F45 Caroline Springs. Thanks for an amazing session and an experience I’ll never forget. I’ve been coaching eight years in the industry and that was absolute class! Definitely worth the 35min drive and I’ll be back to visit next and every chance I get! Thanks again :)

I've tried other F45 studios and commercial gyms, and nothing compares to the atmosphere created by Jj and the team at Caroline Springs. My partner and I felt welcomed from the get go and were fully supported in achieving our fitness goals. The workouts are intense and the trainers keep you on your toes throughout the entire session, rather than just walking around (which is what I've experienced at other studios). Finally a fitness studio that has it all- equipment, atmosphere, scientific workouts and above all world class owners and trainers. The most supportive crew I have ever come across who's stuck it out with the members through thick and thin and provided guidance and motivation to make it through hard times.
