Terrible stock management, inefficient policies, apathetic staff.I had to come back 3 times to obtain a much needed piece of stationery for a book list, because they refuse to put items on hold and then don't advise when they're out of stock. Just bad business practices that just don't make sense.Customers don't have time to drive suburbs away, to physically drop in and then be told sorry out of stock" *shrugs*I'm all for supporting "small businesses" but this would be the last time they're seeing my business. Nextra is a giant chain of franchises anyway

Love this store for its collection of gifts, cards and other bits and pieces. I have quite a few sets of bookends from here on my shelves, our go to place for cards as well as handy for lotto and magazines of course!Friendly staff and good prices :)

I've been going to the Paper Place in Forrestfield for over 20 years.... I know, Phil, the owner well. It's a great shop with great people that own it and work it, I'd recommend it to everyone
