I missed the delivery because I was away. Staff on the phone were super helpful in organizing another delivery, but since i was working in the area i was able to pick up from the depot. In and out in 2min easy

Aviod at all costs. Phone just rings out after 3. Can't even leave a message to reorganise an urgent delivery. Dealt with many delivery companies in my life but this takes the cake. Avoid.

These guys are a joke. Left instructions to leave packages around the back. I have no dogs and it is literally a 3 second walk. Apparently this was too much effort for the driver and he left the items on my unattended front door step. I then received a message telling me my package hadn't been delivered and to arrange for delivery.When I call I'm told the package has been left out the front and they have a picture to prove it. I pointed out my instructions were to leave the items around the back. I'm then told that where the packages are left is up to the drivers discretion. To me this indicates if the driver is a lazy f#&k as appears in my case your packages safe delivery isn't their priority.And further to my complaint I'm now informed the driver is returning to collect my package and I now have to collect it from the depot. The person that sent the packages paid and expected them to be delivered safely and to me that does not involve me collecting them.1. Driver should have actually delivered as per instructions.2. Instead of the driver returning and moving packages around the back these guys have taken the spiteful action of returning to collect the packages and take them back to the depot.Look elsewhere if you want professional service.

Very happy with the serviceI was not home on the first delivery date and thought I would have to pick the item up at there Newcastle depot, but they did not hesitate to deliver again at no charge. Highly recommended.Regards Jamie

We have been using Towers Transport for the past 10 years. They offer an excellent and reliable level of service. Logistics is not easy and at times there may have been the odd issue. The customer service team have always efficiently dealt with our enquiry and resolved any issues at the time.Ausdrain

Super easy to deal with very polite drivers and fantastic communication by phone , kept up-to-date on delivery.

F....ing duds!Go elsewhere!Promised delivery within a week, two weeks later and many unanswered emails, I had to pick up my item from their warehouse as they don't deliver to my area (they didn't say that when they took the job).Picked up my item and found it damaged.Sh.t cu.ts!

Horrible service took 14 days for a parcel to be delivered and only after I emailed the company it had been sitting in their warehouse for 12 days and it was delivered the next day after I opened a complaint would not recommend.

Tracking not updated, and no way to easily contact e-go OR Towers to confirm that the item has been delivered. Looks like I'll need to go an hour out of my way, in peak hour traffic, in the hopes that my item is ready to be picked up.Incredibly disappointing.

Best company for all the good stuff, especially the leading hand there , smoking sexy ..
