Port Welshpool Fishermans Jetty
We've stayed here a few times over the years and this area used to be where u departed for Tassie and the buildings and amenities block are all still there, plus loads of space - both grass and bitumen. There's a Shop that has papers, magazines, plus great hot food and cold drinks. There is a pub right next to the shop that also has meals & cold drinks. A small sandy beach is fun for the dogs and there's fishing boats, jetties, a boat ramp and back on the entrance road, near the caravan park is the extra-long jetty that had been burnt but now is fully operational and a great walk. Enjoy your stay as we always do.

Lovely place to go fishing! With measuring strips along the jetty. Great view of the sun set. Bins along the jetty to place your rubbish. Only down side no place to clean your catch.

Port Welshpool Fishermans Jetty
Great little jetty with a good variety of fish to be caught. Catches have included pinky snapper, flathead, trevalley, whiting, mullet, tommy rough and banjo while the big pier gas even produced the occasional kingy.
