Treza provided valuable support to me during my last pregnancy. She took the time to check in on me, and helped guide me with her spinning babies knowledge in my final weeks. My delivery was smooth and fast, and the guidence Treza provided I'm sure had a lot to do with that as the baby was so well aligned in my pelvis this time. Which is a stark contrast to my previous two deliveries.Treza also provided placenta encapsulation for me, and between this and my quick delivery my recovery has been the best yet.My experience with Treza was a pleasant one, she really cares about mums, their babies and a safe delivery. Treza has a wealth of experience and knowledge which she readily shares, and she's great at keeping in contact and keeping everyone informed and abreast of developments.All in all Treza is professional, caring, diligent, knowledgeable and a great choice when it comes to doula support services.

After a tramatic first birth, i was very hopeful with trying a doula and doing a home waterbirth. It was my first vbac, what an amazing experience. God has blessed me with Trezá. I couldnt have done it without her. She is one of kind with excellent service.

I was very nervous looking into hiring a doula, but hiring Treza as my doula was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I went from dreading the birth to actually being excited about it. She absolutely went above and beyond what she was required to do and completely changed my birthing experience altogether.Tréza is a wealth of skill, experience and knowledge and is absolutely essential for the pregnancy and entire birthing process. I wish I went to her earlier in my pregnancy!During my labour I actually needed her every contraction over my husband because of the way she could coach me through contractions and connect on a deep level of giving me the emotional support I needed.She has such a beautiful way of not saying anything but just knowing what you need to make you feel empowered and supported through your birth. And completely taking care of little details so that things are seamless.From the meetings where she would provide the most helpful exercises and tips for preparing for birth, the beautiful relaxation session with a foot massage and beautiful bath, and providing the most healthy drinking water throughout the pregnancy- her services are above and beyond anything else! Always making you feel cared for and so valued.She was my voice and supported me when I was the most vulnerable, and was the most loving and strong support I needed to lean on every single minute.I would never want to give birth without her, and strongly recommend her to every single one of my pregnant friends and family.

finding Treza to assist me during my last weeks of pregnancy and birth was a heaven sent! She's not only highly professional and knowledgable but she's also incredibly kind, intuitive and goes above and beyond for her clients. I was given so much valuable information, exercises and emotional support and she enabled me to have the exact birth experience that I wished for. In moments where I thought I can't go on she had the right tools and tricks to keep me going and finally deliver my beautiful baby boy. To me, Treza is more than just a doula, she's become a dear friend and is like a grandma away from home for my little man.

After having a traumatic birthing experience with the first baby I have developed anxiety and lots of fears and disappointment in relation to giving birth. It all came back to me as I progressed with my second pregnancy. Tréza was a godsend person to my life!!! It was absolutely miracle what she did to my mind, soul, body and spirit! She provided support to my body needs in preparation for labour with lots of different techniques and natural remedies. She was able to come down my anxiety and fears right before delivery. She was there for me all the time!!! The person you need the most during labour, whatever way you have your baby. I got lucky this time and with Treza’s magical hands and bag of tricks I was able to have water birth in about 7 hours of active labour with no drugs or medical intervention. I believe that having Tréza as a doula was the best decision. I highly recommend having a doula at birth, because every woman deserves being looked after when bringing life to this world!

Honestly cannot recommend Zoelife doula services enough to the point I don’t even know where to begin with writing this review. Treza came into our lives at a time where we were very vulnerable. My partner had recently been through a life threatening accident that involved traumatic brain injury. I was his carer but as things progressed with my pregnancy I had no one to take care of me. It was our first and I was terrified. I’d been let down by the local hospital many times and was one of the few who get lost in the system. Our home life meant I needed extra support which I was unable to find. Until we met treza. Without her I know for sure that I would not have had the natural water birth I wanted. Her services from start to finish were nothing short of amazing. From the moment we met her I felt at ease. Her knowledge, strength, patience and kindness shone through. All of her services were divine. From massage, to spinning babies, belly painting, herbal recommendations to the finale where she created a beautiful peaceful environment and was by my side every step of the way. She helped me believe I could do it, and I did, without any medical intervention or pain relief. She helped me make informed choices once my baby was here and she helped advocate for me and my partner with hospital staff who were not very helpful at all. Even after our baby entered the world she has continued to be there for us and help us when I’ve had many questions or needed advice. She is an absolute angel on earth and I would recommend her to anyone who is expecting a baby whether it is their first or 6th. You will not regret it ❤️
