Bought a car here 4 months ago now. Hadn't gotten around to writing a review.The service was good. Was easy to deal with and didn't get the stereotypical used car salesman jargon. Will come here if we're in need of another car. Thank you.

Test drove a car and had issues that needed sorting.. told Kalub I was interested if he got them sorted .he said no worries it's going to the mechanics tomorrow to get checked.. so no phone call nothing...so I rang a day later to see what the mechanic said and he said Oh I sold it after you left.. obviously it didn't go to the mechanic I feel sorry for the guy who bought it. buyer beware.

Bought a car here 2 weeks ago. Price was very reasonable. Kaleb was patient, professional, honest & helpful. And most of all, he wasn’t being pushy or trying to mislead customers. Thanks again guys

Would not recommend this car yard. Bought a car here 6 months ago now to find out its riddled with problems. Seller would have known this. Don't trust these people. They obviously don't care what they sell you as long as they get your money! Not worth the 1 star rating but couldn't post without it!

No service whatsoever. I enquired about a Honda Civic during the week and was told there was much interest and to come down at 9am on a Saturday 23 may 2018 as they could not accommodate me at a later time. I did so in good faith, thinking the salesperson would actually talk to me and provide customer service once I arrived. I was wrong. Instead it was a complete waste of my time. The salesman made no effort to talk to me, he was mute. I then attempted a conversation about the car I had come especially to see. I confirmed if it had Bluetooth as advertised, he replied ‘I don’t know’. I then enquired about the tyre age and he also said ‘He did not know’. I then asked about the log book, he pulled it out, flipped through it and said ‘It looks ok’. Each time there was silence, and I continued to attempt to know more about the car that apparently was for ‘sale’ even though there was no selling whatsoever involved from him. He mentioned a report could be pulled up on the vehicle regarding if it has been involved in major accidents etc. I said yes please print that. He did not. He scanned my license and I took it for a test drive. When I came back from the drive I waited outside in the tiny yard, for a few minutes. I waited for him to come outside as I was the only customer there. I took some photos of the car, and waited another minute. In the end I walked inside the tiny office, he was on his mobile phone texting. He looked up at me, said nothing once again. I then AGAIN made conversation, said I liked the car, it drove well. I asked if they do trade ins he said ‘possibly’ but did not ask about my current car, or even what I was looking for in the car market. He did not ask me anything about my buyer interest, requirements nor did he provide me with any information on this car. Or show me other cars in the yard. There was no selling involved and there was definitely no customer service. I asked outright if he had others interested and he said he had two other people coming that day, both parties likely to buy the car. He treated me like I did not exist, made no effort to explain the car, its features, or help me at all. I would of appreciated being acknowledged as a customer, given advice and information on the product and him finding answers to my queries if not sure, rather than unapologetically saying ‘I don’t know’ all the time and not trying to find answers. Especially since I made the effort of driving down there at 9am as he requested, when I live an hour away. If I knew he was not going to talk to me, help me, or provide any service at all as he has two other buyers ‘in the bag’ and saw me as a non-contender I would appreciate the decency to tell me not to bother coming down, rather than waste my time and energy going down there to be treated like I don’t exist, given no service. There are 100’s of car dealers in Adelaide, you can do better, anything is a step up from this place.

Never make the mistake of buying a car from here. They lied about the engine size and I have done nothing but spend money on engine, transmission and other parts ever since I bought it. Paid $13,000 for an absolute LEMON. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. To be honest, I think any positive reviews about this place are all being made by family and friends of the crooks who run this place. As someone else said, not even worth the single star rating - but can't post without it. Save your money and a whole lot of grief - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.VE Sportwagon, Series 2, Z - Series. Sold as 3.6 litre V6 because I didn't want it if it was only the 3.0 litre. Bought it about March this year.

Bought a 1998 Landcruiser from this dealership several months ago. Caleb was very helpful in providing me with all the information I needed for the puchase. When I discovered the car didn't have the toolkit, he strived to find me a toolkit for my model, eventually tracking one down. I would highly reccomend this dealer for a reasonably priced used car.

Poor service and follow through. Only minimally interested in working with customers.Enquired about a car advertised online in the morning, took until 4pm to say that the car wasn't at the yard at present. We were already half way there. Strongly indicated that I was VERY keen to buy the car, but wanted to at least look at it first. Next call I got was them going 'oh, well, it is popular... we'll see.' Did at least agree on a time to be able to see it tuesday. But then sold it later that day. Not cool. Also, who regularly shuts at 4pm during the week? Sucks for any potential customers who work!
