Suspecting my plantation shutters may be difficult to repair, and being on a tight timeline to sell my apartment, I reached out to about ten shutter manufacturers and repairers. Most never returned my messages. Cody was the only person able and available to assist me. His service was prompt, his communication was great, and the end result was excellent.

We had our plantation shutters and automatic roller blinds removed and reinstalled by Realm following installation of new windows. In addition we had two plantation shutter slats repaired. Cody did a fantastic job, and he was very punctual, efficient, and considerate. He was also very accommodating when we had to delay the reinstallation, and when it was discovered that our new architraves were a different size. Cody had to trim the architraves to reinstall the plantation shutters, and did this at no extra cost. I would highly recommend Cody to anyone who requires assistance with shutters.

Cody collected my shutters from my home took them away, transformed them into something better than new and reinstalled them with the utmost care. The man is a true professional and a gentleman. Don’t buy new shutters - get Cody and the team at Realm Design to repaint your old ones. What an amazing transformation it was! They came up like new and only a third of the price of brand new shutters. The powder coating in the spray booth is the superior option and you won’t be disappointed with this great company. Fantastic communication, quick turnaround and expert fitting and great price. Cody was so easy to deal with and I highly recommended him if you’re thinking about freshening up your home.

Realm Design made an excellent job of repairing my shutters. The engineer came and assessed the repair, sent me a quote and subsequently came to make the repairs. This involved completely removing both shutter doors and the wooden header track to re-drill and replace the inadequate fixings. He was polite, efficient and highly professional including cleaning up after the repair. Thank you Realm. Highly recommended.
