Hawkes Bay Autoglass were fantastic for my recent windscreen replacement my car and window repair in my caravan. Fast, friendly and very efficient. Both were finished in 3 hours and I was good to go. Will definitely use Hawkes Bay Autoglass again.

The company I work for uses HB Autoglass and they are so professional and responsive. We are a trade based company and have approx 20 vans and utes on the road and HB autoglass always makes it so easy to get repairs done. They contact the driver direct and are happy to come to site to do the repairs which logistically makes it so easy! There is no down time for the guys and no drop offs. As I was still frustrated from this been the 2nd break in in 1 year, I hadn't even vacuumed it out, and the girls in the office made things so easy, sorted it all out. They went above and beyond and even vacuumed up the glass that was still in the vehicle and also left a sweet treat on the steering wheel to really turn an unfortunate situation into a positive one, made my day!

TOO EASY! I called to get windscreen replaced, all I had to do was supply vehicle rego, age & model, insurers name and let them know where vehicle was.And that was it. Job done.Seriously, you can't get better service than that. Recommend them 100% +!!

Soon after I made contact, HB Autoglass was on site repairing the stone chips on my windscreen. Great communication, prompt service and excellent follow-up.
