It’s Christmas Eve and I cannot believe how well Coles was functioning. I was nervous that it would be a madhouse, and it was pretty busy, but shelves were all nearly fully stocked, staff were friendly and helping customers, as well as working very hard to keep the shelves stocked. My cashier was a sweetheart and was in such good spirits despite how busy it was and that it’s Christmas Eve. She said she was having a great day and was full of smiles. So impressed with the staff today.

This is my favourite Coles, the staff are great, the aisles are wide and I can always find what I'm looking for. Even the elusive Eggnog!Update, I've moved away but came back for a short break. Still as great as it was.

As a very regular customer to Coles, every team member is so lovely and helpful but this morning Saturday 4th Feb 2023, my experience was terrible. I don't like being socially profiled whilst shopping. At the Deli area when my clearly held ticket number was showing to be served but the person behind me was asked instead. Then I go to the self checkout, your staff member standing behind me looking into my trolley and watching me. It made me feel like I was singled out for no reason at all...

Thank you! Thank you for creating the new self-serve section, it was a joy to use and loads of room for my trolley and bags of groceries. I am The Sweary Middle-aged Woman who is prone to (futile & frustrated) arguments with the self-servebots and I was amazed that I remained calm and happy during my latest shopping trip. I will be shopping here more in future.

Poor variety and lots of empty shelves. No manned checkouts at 6:30 pm just self-service and express. No staff available to open checkout when asked. Terrible service

Car park too small, very often after work basic items out of stock apart from premium items. Stock control needs attention, they reap the profits but do not reinvest!

Our chosen local rather than Smithfield. Plenty of Underground parking such a bonus. Great fresh produce. Wide aisles and clean. Unfortunately many of the shelves are often almost empty...soft drinks, bakery, biscuits. There are some checkout staff who are a challenge but we avoid them.
