Looked after by Tania yesterday for my natural makeup for NY celebration. Great experience all round - she really listened to what I wanted, checked i was happy with progress during makeover, patiently tried multiple lip colours to find right one for me. Helpful advice to redeem makeup. Highly recommend.

Angelita was so down to earth and accommodating and helped me find the perfect foundation match and mascara based on what I wanted. I really appreciated how customer-focused she was instead of employees at other places who continuously try to push and upsell you. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves!

Tania was an absolute ray of sunshine!! She was so helpful and made sure to colour match me correctly, whilst being patient and an absolute delight to talk to! Such a fantastic customer service experience, and I left the store with a huge smile on my face. :-)

Could not rate the staff high enough! Everyone in this store was so friendly, caring and polite. The gorgeous staff member Laura gave a lot of her time to us helping us decide on colours and products. I am a carer and my client doesn't always feel comfortable with others so for her to take to Laura was a big deal for us. I really hope this review finds Laura. It meant a lot to us that she was so amazing. the staff at Mecca carindale are incredible and I really hope they are praised for the effort they put into the care of their clients. This place excites me and terrifies me at the same time. I'm sad they promote brands who test on animals. Ethical issues over money.Most of the girls seem nice, but I genuinely felt unanswered on products and told i could go to the website, so i decided to just book a session and see how it goes.

Exceptional service by Maddie! She took the time to discuss my skin care needs. She didn’t push a sale. Gave me small sample pots & explained when, how to use each product & what the benefits will be. She was AMAZING! I walked away feeling incredible.

I went in yesterday since I was looking for a particular concealer. The first employee who was at the entrance, greeted me, she was so nice and quick to pair me with an associate who could help me. Unfortunately the concealer I wanted wasn’t available at that location but the associate who helped me recommended another brand and matched me to perfection even though I was skeptical at first. I wish I could remember her name but she has red and black long hair, so sweet too. I also requested a sample to try it out before I opened it, and they gave it to me. Overall a good experience, even when the store was busy, definitely going back to this location to purchase my makeup. I felt so welcomed and everyone was so sweet!!

Spent over half an hour selecting a new foundation. After make up complete went to buy the foundation and they had none in stock. So all that time and money spent for nothing. Not happy
