Ultimate Shutter

An excellent product, once installed. However the installer I had in Sydney was a disgrace who never turned up on time on several occassions and I had to supervise him so he finished the job properly. I hope he got dismissed.

Thank you Ultimate Shutters for a job well done, I recently had a slimline shutter installed by Ultimate Shutters. its about 30 deg outside.The shutter when lowered stops a great deal of heat entering the house through the window.I originally was going to get the window replaced with double glazing but was to expensive.The two staff from Ultimate shutters did excellent work on the installation.They were very polite and did the install in a timely and efficient manner.The follow up electrical work for the up and down switch was also completed within two days of the slimline shutter installation.The unit is very quite when opening and shutting. I was really impressed with this operation.I am from Canberra and would like to thank the staff of Ultimate shutters for there assistance in the selection of this product.I will use and recommend this company in the future.Ray H Canberra

I had a roller shutter added to a patio wall to make a lock box for my tools and work bench so I have more space in my garage. They were the only provider that would do a span 3m wide. They did a good job both on the install and on the communication side.

Good customer service and happy with the product so far. Colorbond pallets shutters colour available was a great plus for me. On the down side the installation took much longer than expected and I was not explained upfront I need to have 2 separate appointments to have shutters operational.

Great service. Natalie was awesome! The 1800 number directed us to fill in a form and wait for reply. I half expected to be shunned, as our shutters were a DIY job. Not the case. Natalie called a couple of days later, quickly found our invoice from approx 6 years ago, determined the part and size we needed, and posted it off to us. I was very impressed and grateful for her help. She was delightful

AMAZING customer service! Called for help and they answered immediately. Damien @ Ultimate Shutter called me back within 10 minutes. Helped me through the process and fixed it. Nothing was a problem for them and were happy to help! All this was in under 45 minutes. Honestly can not beat this service!!James
