探し求めてたチーズケーキの味です。 チーズにはソースもついてきますが、かけてもかけなくても両方とも美味しいです。フォークが止まらないぐらいの、しつこくなくて飽きない味です。 手土産に良い大きさですよ。白金高輪にあるGAZTAのクリーミーな滑らかさが似ています。

Joy's Cupcakes South Melbourne Market
The best cheesecake I had in town. Not the prettiest I have to say, but surely the tastiest. With the right balance, not too rich, not too thick, creamy with the right balance of cheese and sweetness. And the citrus syrup only made it better. Not overly sweet, and the acidity goes well with the creamy cheesecake. Must try! You won't regret!
