I have now purchased three laptops from Recompute. Two for grandchildren starting high school and the last one for myself. I have been delighted with all my purchases and will always use Recompute in the future.Their laptops arrive in excellent condition with very few blemishes, if at all. They operate exactly as they should and we have no complaints.Delivery is remarkably fast usually within 2-3 days. Highly recommended and thank you to Recompute for professional service.

Purchases a gen2 (current is gen7) Lenovo yoga book. The condition was excellent and 2 weeks in it work perfectly. I logged a ticket for what I though was a software issue (turns out it wasn't and I fixed quickly) but I had logged a support ticket with Recompute and they contacted me immediately.overall Great product and great support. thank you! To me it's about after sales service. These guy's just 'shine' they are always friendly, helpful and courteous on the phone. Their return system works flawlessly, they posted a laptop back to me on Tuesday and it arrived before lunch on Wednesday, that's Bankstown to Morisset in under 24hrs !! Keep up the great work, we will be back for more Tech :-)

We started using Recompute 5 years ago when struggling with BYOD for high school for the kids. This is now the first place that we come to for our laptop needs. We bought a used Apple laptop about 6 months ago for our daughter. The laptop arrived quickly and was as described.Unfortunately, the screen became faulty a few weeks ago so we had to make a warranty return.However, the warranty return process was efficient and easy and didn't cost us a cent. Recompute paid for all postage and replaced the screen for us with no hassles. We had the repaired laptop back within a fast timeframe.I recommend Recompute based on their competitive prices, good products and great customer service.
