If you want an experience in how not to treat your customers then this is the place to go. Confusing signage, the front line person continued on an obviously personal call for 8 minutes while I waited, ended the call and walked to a work station casually asking do you want anything?" Then he said I'll see you on the dock(where I had spent the last 30 minutes) I eventually worked out that all the staff behind the mirror glass could see me and had not done a thing. It took 50 minutes to finally bring my freight out from the back area (1 box). Covid or not this place needs a shake-up!"

I was stuck in the awkward position of needing at the last minute to fly two puppies with me from Sydney to Melbourne on a Sunday. The Qantas Freight phone was going to message bank and Qantas Airlines couldn’t assist me. I arrived at Qantas Freight hoping for the best, and their service was outstanding. They were friendly, fast and professional and even helped me return my hire car when they saw me struggling with the busy airport traffic. It was a very kind gesture.

I had to visit Qantas Freight recently for a quarantine inspection of my unaccompanied personal effects. The counter staff are friendly. I had to wait for a while and there was no cafeteria on the premises. However, the staff pointed me to the international terminal, which is only a 7 minute walk over a bridge near Qantas Terminal 3 freight building.

My experience has only been will Toll Air Express until this point. Difference is very apparent. Qantas Freight is very slow. Over an hour since the plane landed and still not able to collect my live cargo. Toll has it ready to go within 20 minutes of the plane landing. Big waste of time.

These guys are great. We dropped off our cats and were worried about their welfare for the upcoming flight, the attendants were matter of fact but reassuring and our fur babies arrived safe at the other end, what more can you ask for?

A group of us flew out on the 29th… the check in was a disaster - the lady was extremely rude and unhelpful.One would think that the airline is doing us a favour for flying with them.Customs service was pathetic!Why have such rude employees dealing directly with the passengers.Shocking!
