The Video Factory

I had my 40 inch Samsung into the Video Factory at Northgate to fix the fault of my TV turning itself off and sometimes not turning back on.I picked up after over a week but fault was unable to be detected. After I got it home it's happening again after 3 days now back in again to find the fault. Hopefully they will find the fault with my TV

Pretty poor form from this company. I wish i had of read the bad reviews beforehand.We had a call out fee imposed by them to inspect a broken tv screen that we had already confirmed model number and the issue (cracked screen) 2 blokes 5 min visit = $130 to confirm our already discussed issue.Scammed to say the least.

Huge thanks to Brock from The Video Factory for coming out on Saturday to replace our Samsung 75 inch TV screen under warranty. Excellent service and expertise. Arrived on time and had the job completed within 30 minutes.

Shaun was professional and efficient. He fixed our Samsung fridge which had a knocking noise. He knew exactly what to do and completed his job in less than 30 minutes.Make sure you go through Samsung customer care initially before arranging any services for their products. It makes it easier

I never heard of a company saying they have ordered parts without looking at the washing machine only because they know what's wrong based on the description of the problem...waited 2 weeks for parts and finally technician came and had a look and guess what? Wrong parts..freaking waited another 2 weeks just to let Samsung know they don't want to fix it...very unprofessional.

The got my tv fixed for a reasonable price but it took a month just to get a quote after I had to ring a few times to get it a move along then only took another week for it to be fixed

27/05Paid invoice for an item by direct transfer (as they wouldn’t allow PayPal). Sent transfer receipt via email and indicated funds should clear within 2 hrs30/05followed up via email as had received no communication since funds transferred01/06Phone call chasing order. Was told item was out of stock and supplier was on back order. Requested refund. Was told would be done immediately.19/06Follow up phone call as refund had not been received. Was told would be done immediately.22/06Phone call following up as refund had not been received. Was told it was “with the support team”.Emailed to advise that if evidence of refund was not presented by close of business, I would escalated the issue. Person said “have a good day” and hung up.

Had a Samsung TV repair and the guys from the Video Factory were more than obliging and very diligent in attending to the repair at my home. I would like to highly recommend their prompt attendance and professional service. Thank you again, your company is a true representation of quality workmanship.

Don't often write reviews but the service I received from The Video Factory Southport, from the booking experience and ongoing communication to the technician visits, was extremely impressive and worth acknowledging. LG arranged to have The Video Factory replace a defective panel on my new LG OLED, who then phoned me to arranged a time for a technician visit at my convenience.The technician that visited me was a consummate professional: prompt, polite and knowledgeable. He quickly confirmed the issue and set about replacing the panel, which only took him a short time. Unfortunately, the panel which LG provided for the replacement also had a defect, which the technician apologised for (he didn't need to, wasn't his fault) and immediately arranged for another to be ordered. The technician returned the following week to replace the panel again, and I received the same level of service on this visit. Fortunately this time the panel was flawless!I really appreciated that the technician returned my TV to the same state after each replacement, all of the cables were plugged in exactly as they were before, and the area was neat and tidy, as if nothing had been touched.Don't trust the negative reviews, if I ever have need for another replacement in or out of warranty, I'll be asking for these guys by name.
