I chose Hasanthi’s services on a recommendation from friend and i can say i don’t regret going there at all. Hasanthi is very professional and she knows what she’s doing. The environment is very soothing and most of all you get customised facial and massages as per your needs. I would highly recommend Lavenders skincare and wellbeing for your skincare sessions.

Hasanthi was very accommodative when I booked the appointment for the wrong date. She responded and provided me with an alternative time that worked for me. He home salon was very clean and the service was super great, had a good facial and a lymphatic drainage massage. She knew what she was doing and loved the service. She also advised me of post care and followed up on how I was feeling the next day! In short she went above and beyond and will be visiting her soon!

Unfortunately for me, my first experience with Hasanthi was not as pleasant. I was looking forward to this treat so much and had driven 50 minutes to be there. I arrived to the appointment 5 minutes early however was greeted at the door with ‘You are 30 minutes late.’ I was not 30 minutes late, then she tried saying she had called me but I had no missed calls. I showed her the messages of booking the treatment and the time - of which were correct. She had confused me with someone else who wasn’t me and was calling another lady entirely on Instagram. So basically she had no idea of who I was which was quite upsetting, astounding and unprofessional. She then proceeded to tell me to come in, it took nearly the entire facial to relax because of the initial interaction. Because of how Hasanthi handled the situation with no accountability or warmth at the beginning, I won’t be going back. Also if you’re clients genuinely are late, you don’t make them feel bad about it, you’re booking information sheet states how important ‘your time’ is but so is your clients time ..
