Loui is one of the best salesmen I have ever met. We were looking for a rug and it was very tough for us to finalize because the floor color is bit dark. When we told him floor color and sofa color, he showed us the best options and suggested to take a rug. He is expert in his field and he knows what should be the best combination. He showed us rug along with floor color as they got timber in the shop. We spend almost an hour in the shop and he was dealing very patiently. Loui and Alex are professional and very decent people.If you are confused with your rug selection in a great price, great knowledge and suggestions go and see Loui at Homemaker Centre Liverpool. Alex and Louie were exceptional and very friendly and answered all our questions. The guys were very helpful and patient. As a result of their support, guidance and service it was easy for us to make the decision on the products we intended to buy. We like the product, price and service, hence locked in the deal and bought our stuff from them.These two guys are legends and very helpful. I recommend them to anyone want to get blinds, rugs and shutters to give them a visit.

SCAM. Don’t do the flooring with this shop. They are very unprofessional with the service. At first we deal the price which is $2600, (this included everything) and made a contract with them. Then they called in and told us that we need to pay $600 extra for skirting because our wall is concrete and it needs premium skirts. So we agreed. And on the installation day, they asked us to pay $600 extra for one bedroom levelling. However, on the first day of negotiating price, the manager there said if the floor is unlevelled, he will fix it no worries it just gonna take extra day. He never mentioned the extra cost!! So now instead of paying $2600 we are paying almost $4000. We tried telling them that the price went so much over our budget and they threatened us that if we no longer wants to go ahead, the installation team will leave all the materials there and we need to hire someone else to install ourselves. They also forced us to transfer the extra money to them immediately for the continuous of the installation. If we knew that the price will went up this high we wouldn’t bought the floor and use their service in the first place since it’s out of our budget.They just wanted people to buy first by making it seems like a good price at first, and double up the price later after we have made the contract and some deposit because they know that we can’t cancelled at that time. We got trapped. It’s like a process of scamming. VERY UPSETTING AND DISAPPOINTING.

We came in just to have a look at floor materials and were impressed with how things are handled here. Alex was fantastic and knew right away exactly what we needed. He filled us with his knowledge and advices as it was for his home.Installation was done in one day. Yasin was phenomenal and definitely put his heart into the job.The whole experience was hassle free and pleasant. Definitely would come back for future services.

My wife and I recently had floating flooring installed. We dealt originally with Louie who was really helpful in sorting out the deal and locking in a pricing.For the install we had Ricky and his two off siders. Ricky was really very genuine sorting out the best install arrangement the day before to work toward solid yet economical outcome. Both on the initial inspection and the installation Ricky and the guys arrive when they said they would, and honestly they worked exceptionally hard to replace almost all the flooring (Lounge, 3 bedrooms, hallway, rob, and alcove) in the home in the one day to minimise impact on the family. They were genuinely friendly, and even very helpful as we worked around each other as we were bringing items back into the home. No hesitations in recommending the crew, or using them again in future.The guys did a top job, very much transforming the home. We recently replaced our vinyl flooring with a Hybrid Floating floor.We dealt with Loui and Alex from the Liverpool DecoRug store and found them to be very friendly, experienced and helpful in assisting us to successfully choose the right flooring.Installation was completed by Ricky and his two man team who arrived on the day and time specified. The team did an outstanding job ensuring great attention to detail and always keeping me fully informed of any potential issues.The whole experience from ordering to installation was done in a professional and timely manner and I would recommend Loui and the entire team to any potential customer.

Visited this store on Monday, Dealt with Louie, such a pleasant gentleman with great knowledge and experience. First place I walked in to looking for a rug and that was the last place I visited. I left after purchasing a beautiful rug that took a day to order and I was called the following day advising me that it had arrived. Louie is a lovely man with great customer service.

Exceptional service was provided by Alex and the guys in Liverpool store.The installers also were very professional and patient.We have installed the laminate flooring in the house and thanks for Alex advise as we were very confused what to do but he made the decision so much easier and gave us a very good deal.I will come back soon to do my shutters and I really recommend this store

Loui & Alex, they were absolutely fantastic. From personality and professionalism they were on the mark and beyond. They totally went out of their way for us and kept us up to date with new stock that just arrived a few days ago. They both came to our home to measure our space and they also brought the NEW samples they had just received as Loui thought it may suite us and WAS HE RIGHT!!!! They both went out of their way for us. Their communication was 100% on the mark. There knowledge of all flooring products was also 100% on the mark. They floored our whole house upstairs and down and I am VERY, VERY HAPPY with everything. I had the most wonderful experience purchasing my lounge rug from DecoRug. All the sales representatives were friendly and welcoming. Louie the sales representative who helped me finalize the rug was exceptionally good at his job. He has a good understanding of the color contrasts and gave me great recommendations for the rug by looking at my apartment flooring etc. Also recommended a beautiful set of curtains to compliment the decor. I am extremely happy with the personalisation and excellent customer service. The cherry on the cake was, I got two complimentary bath mats and chocolates to take away. I would definitely recommend you go walk in to the showroom and enjoy the experience of buying a rug that perfectly suits your home. Louie will make your visit to make the purchase totally worth it.
