We had really bad customer service experience with Good Guy few years back so haven’t shop at GG for awhile. Decided to try again last weekend and luckily Evan C helped us from A to Z. He was one of the best sales person we’ve dealt with, very professional and accommodating. Thanks Evan, we will definitely shop more often at GG.

I Purchased a LG OLED TV in May 2023 and within a month I had issues with the built in Apps having “networking issues” which was very intermittent. 50% of the time they would connect and 50% of the time they wouldn't.I followed all the online troubleshooting guides on the LG website and nothing worked, I updated all the apps and firmware also.I know it was a issue with the TV and not my home network as I purchased a google chrome cast and have not had a issue to date.I contacted The Good Guys to let them know the TV was faulty but I got palmed off to LG care.LG care did nothing at all to help, they said they could send a technician out at my expense and denied there was any issue with the TV.So the fact I bought this at The Goods Guys and they palmed me off within a month of purchasing the TV, they can cop the review as now I am stuck with the TV. I’d recommend people just purchase online these days as you’ll get equivalent or better customer care these days and get the TV cheaper.I thought by paying more at a retail store i’d get more support, I was wrong. Lesson learnt.

I had asked a sales assistant if they had a specific item in stock, he acted extremely rude making it appear I was a waste of his time. He said I could grab an unused one on display and go to the cashier. Waited 10 mins in line and cashier told me they can’t help and one of the assistants must add it on the system. Need to work on customer service.

I was in the market for a washing machine and laptop. I had one of the best customer service experiences there. Everyone was super friendly and helpful and weren't pushy at all with sales. 10/10 would shop there again.

I asked one of the sales person that I am interested in buying a new fridge. He was on his phone and told me that there will be someone at the fridge section. I said there wasn't anyone there. He quickly told to wait for another sales person who was already busy with another customer.Lucky there was a helpful sales person that walked by and helped me with my purchase. I say good customer service but can be improved.

To begin with, the sales staff has been really helpful with all our purchases. Evan, the sales manager has been our go to person for all our needs and offer great service. However, the delivery of the big items in our recent purchase, were a disappointment. The delivery personnel were highly uncooperative. Refused to be mindful of the unsealed driveway concrete and denied making the delivery unless a written consent was provided.The delivery personnel Muhamoed was unwilling to accept or even acknowledge the solutions being provided by the receiver and was only focused on the written consent and refused delivery otherwise.

John at this store is awesome. great level of customer service. called him and kept hold for few items and later we went to store to look at them and he spent decent time in showing us the products and gave us some other nice options, literally the whole experience was soo good and we felt we did the right purchase. well done john and i will personally recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy appliances from this store to ask for him and trust me he wouldn't disappoint you.normally i wouldn't give any reviews but i personally wanted to thank him.Once again thank you so much john for assisting us.Cheers!!

Fabulous store that has everything you could possibly want in electrical and other appliances. Staff are incredibly helpful. Good parking out the front. Kid friendly. Wheelchair accessible. Plus the ever lovely sausage sizzle.

I bought the Nespresso Machine two weeks ago and it was for a present. It had to arrive by the 21st of March 2023. I paid extra money to be delivered faster.I received it yesterday the 29th of March 2023.The funny thing is that after the purchase was made, an email confirming that the parcel had been already dispatched was sent to me, but it didn't in reality. I had to chase it up with the delivery company (which confirmed that the main company didn't yet dispatch the item) and with the main company, Good Guys, which if I wouldn't call and chase it who knows when I would have received it.Terrible experience. It never happened to me such as bad as this one.I will Never buy from good guys again! Not recommended..

I did a ClickFrenzy order for some appliances and got my order confirmation. However there was a glitch with the website and they told me that my order was cancelled.Decided to drive down to my local GGs for help. The salesperson Daniel patiently matched my confirmed order pricing despite it being 7pm on a Friday night.Thankful enough to leave a review. Good on ya Guys.
