What an awesome experience we had. We rented a container from 2018-2023. We never had an issue. Reasonably priced, easy to access, great communication from owner and hassle free.We have just finished renting and did not have to request our bond be returned. It was done immediately. WOW.Thank you!!!!!

Christine is professional & courteous, if your looking for storage, go no further, the rates & conditions are some of the best.Well its been a long Journey, finally picked up my Property, must be going on 5 years or more, everything was in the same condition I left it.I highly recommend for the Great Security, Cleanliness & the very competitive rates.Unfortunately I can only give 5 stars, it is worthy of 6.If ever I require Storage in the future, this will be my first stop.

Highly recommend, the service and communication from Christine has been excellent, she recommended the perfect solution for me, it was easy to set everything up, access, and finalise when I no longer required storage. Really quick, efficient, clean. Definitely my go-to storage facility if I am ever in need of it again

Easy to book. Met up with the owner before my household goods arrived and was given keys and security number. Easy access for my Removalist. Gave plenty of notice for vacating the storage container. After the container was empty I cleaned it out, gave keys back and received my deposit back. Too easy.

A major problem with the Gold Coast is relatively limited storage facilities. I assisted a friend getting furniture & housewares out of storage. Clean and well planned in a limited space. All containers were of good quality and easy to access. Management were on the ball and obliged to sort out problems that essentially were not it's responsibility and from what I could assess pricing was very reasonable.

I have used Gold Coast Storage twice this year and have been extremely happy with the convenience and cleanliness of the sheds. Christine is very helpful and ready to assist. I have used a shed on the top level via a goods lift and it was a breeze with plenty of trolleys available to carry things from car to lift. The second time I had a shed on ground level which was also very easy to access. I would thoroughly recommend this company.
