I spent $100 check but can't repair my MacBook Pro.

We have been buying macs since 1991 and had great service for all that time. An outstanding history for a business, they have spoilt us to the extent we expect great service. I've been a customer with Apptech for 15 years now (takes us back to the New Wave days), they were the ones that helped me get my business off the ground and have been there to assist me with my computer needs ever since. Great knowledge, no nonsense, no overselling, just good, solid advice on what you need. They will always be upfront about time things will take and always be competitive in their pricing. With a bit of luck, I will still be coming for another 15 years for all my needs.

Staff were very friendly and polite. They knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it. The turnover time was only 3 days and I was very happy when I picked up my laptop. Definitely will be coming back for future Apple tech problems.

Talk to these guys.After running pillar to post dealing with annoying Officeworks and inept Apple tech support, for a new MacBook (yes, that's true!), we reached out to Apptech. Andrew understood the issue and immediately put us to comfort by getting on phone with Officeworks. He even expedited the repair (yes, new laptop required repair. We're not dealing with Officeworks again for electronics) and got everything sorted within warranty.The team at Apptech is quite experienced and professional. They understand consumer needs and provide the best support possible.Recommended!

Everyone was friendly but NOT PUSHY and they were helpful transferring important Windows data and helping to solve other unexpected issues. They are professional and if one staff member can't help another one who can is available. The after sales support is excellent. I've used them before and will continue to do so.Well done guys!

Incredibly disappointed with the lack of empathy and poor customer service that I experienced at AppTech. Do not come here for your Apple issues.They are not transparent about turn around times on inspection of products. Having been assured that the initial inspection of my water-damaged macbook pro would be completed in 2-3 days by ONE OF THEIR STAFF, it wasn't until over 1 week later that they actually completed the assessment. I understand in these difficult times more time may be needed, but you should INFORM your customers up front if there will be delays and make sure that your staff aren't making promises they can't keep.I wasted $88 for absolutely nothing, when I could have just had an assessment performed by Apple for free. The OWNER and staff need to take responsibility for what they tell their customers as not being honest can cause major customer distress.
