Clayton's Towing Service

Had the unfortunate experience of breaking down on the M1 by Caboolture. Michael from truck 553 for Clayton's Towing came to assist us. He was beyond amazing, worthy of 10 stars!!!! Got us to safety and helped us through a difficult and stressful time.

Andrew from Clayton's in Caboolture was an amazing operator. He went above and beyond all expectations to retrieve a vehicle which had gone over a cliff. He was extremely careful not to damage the vehicle in the retrieval and was totally professional in all his actions. We can't thank him enough for his wonderful efforts.

My car went into the claytons holding yard after an accident. Was told it was secured with serveillance but I had multiple visits there and the yard was poorly kept having no surveillance and low security. When I finally got my car delivered parts had gone missing when they were on the car the day before when I saw it in the yard. The truck driver was meant to phone me when he was coming but never herd anything. The parts he took are hard to find and I have phoned claytons multiple times trying to get them back but they denied that they had done it every time. I have photos of before and after where the parts were on the car before it went there as well. Do not trust them if you plan on getting your car back after it goes there. Disgusting behaviour

Here to applaud the talents of Michael from truck #553! My car wasn't in the best position for being loaded. I thought the h'way traffic would have to be disrupted but Michael thought out of the box and got it loaded safely and without disrupting any one else's day! Great job, Michael and thank you for all your help. Would definately recommend.

Our Ute broke down on Sunday and the RACQ requested Claytons to take our car to a holding yard prior to onward delivery to the dealership on Monday morning.We were initially informed could be a two hour wait; they were there within half an hour. The driver was very polite, efficient and professional. Furthermore I had left for a few minutes and the driver offered to wait with my wife until I returned which we both thought was extremely thoughtful and great gesture.We were due to go on holiday on the Monday and I spoke to Claytons to see if they could take the car to the dealership as early as possible. Again, the lady (Christine) was very helpful and efficient in dealing with my request.I really hope (in the best way) we don’t have to use them again but if we did we would, without hesitation.
