A more honest appraisal of the car you couldn't have hoped for, as personal viewing was not possible due to lockdown restrictions. Simon also organised quality transport interstate. I purchased a 2020 Bentley Continental W12 in May 2020. Since that time the car had numerous issues that has resulted in this car being off road for around 5 months. The final straw was the car now requiring an engine replacement.The dealership is perhaps the worst dealership I have ever had anything to do with.I made a complaint in writing to the dealership, to the head office and approximately 6 weeks have passed and there has not been so much as an acknowledgement of the existence of my complaint. No one bothered to give me the courtesy to contact me and discuss my concerns as a consumer.The dealer should be stripped of the Bentley brand as they have no understanding of BASIC customer service; let alone the type of customer you would expect when you pay circa $500,000 for a car.The brand deserves to be given to Zagame who sell most other high end car brands in Melbourne. Im not sure how Bentley made the mistake of working with ‘Lance Dixon Motors”.Now, I am forced to take legal action against the dealer to have them simply respond to my concerns over a brand-new car that has spent 5 out of its first 12 months in repairs.While the car is in repairs, they only offer 2 courtesy cars, one being a range rover discovery and the other jaguar 4wd. I find this odd especially given the fact Porsche will give you a Porsche courtesy car, Mercedes will give you a Mercedes, BMW will give you BMW and so on.A simple acknowledgement, phone call email or anything responding to my concerns would be nice but this dealership is too busy trying to take your money; and then once you pay them they want nothing to do with you.My biggest regret is not buying a Bentley, but dealing with Bentley Melbourne. My advice to anyone looking to buy a Bentley is to do your homework consider all the other options that are out there and if you decide you still want one contact Bentley in another state and deal with them. Trust me, it is worth paying extra so you don’t have to deal with the sheer incompetence of Bentley Melbourne.Ever since I was a child I dreamed of one day owning a Bentley. I had posters on my wall growing up and i worked hard my entire life made countless sacrifices to find a way to get there and Bentley Melbourne has destroyed my dream.The only positive of my experience has been James of the service department who tries to provide some form of customer service and has been keeping in regular contact throughout this ordeal.You have been warned. Proceed at your own risk.

Living in Sydney every Bentley I had my eye on watching car sales app was in Melbourne. On a trip down I stopped by on the way to the airport, met Simon Granter who showed me their showroom and a high level of stock that was immediate delivery including demos in many colours. No pressure or judgement, over the next weeks Simon helped me with my trade which was shipped back to Melbourne no charge and I bought my Mulsanne which was shipped in 26 hours door to door, every single promise Simon made was kept and I found him totally trustworthy and attentive and easy to deal with.
