Amanda was so helpful and cheery over the phone, it was lovely to hear such a bubbly voice during a hard Covid lockdown. I usually order my script via the app, which has recently been updated, and for some reason my phone did not like the update code. Amanda, said when you come it we can assist with that too. Great customer service, well done to you and your team. Priceline Goulburn is my preferred go to pharmacy now.

I like the check out people at the entrance to the store, but I cannot stand the way the staff collecting prescriptions speak to the elderly. They treat them like they are lost puppies, I was just waiting for them to slap their hands on their laps and say Who's a good boy/girl. I would not put up with that it's dreadful."

Three times in the last six months they have lost my prescriptions, and I've had to go back to my doctor twice to have them re issued. When I'd ring them up about it...oh they're not here sir" is the answer I got each time. They are far too busy

The pharmacists are rude and abrupt and not particularly helpful, but as the pharmacy is always crowded and the space is too small, perhaps Priceline should consider expanding its Goulburn operation and hiring more pharmacists. The assistants do their best to assist customers, but the confined atmosphere makes shopping here a stressful and unpleasant experience. The selection at Priceline Goulburn does not match the product range in the catalogue or website.

A good pharmacy located in Goulburn Square, right in the middle of town. Whilst it’s always busy, and it’s not the biggest store (so the range isn’t as strong as it could be), it does have all of the essentials you’d need.The biggest drawcard is without doubt the friendliness and great service by the staff there. They also have a high number of staff on shift, so there’s always someone offering to help which is very rare. Very much recommend them.
