Extremely rude staff, rolled their eyes when they got the order wrong. Refused to heat up a muffin. 3 staff members and one customer, apparently quality service is too difficult. Would rather use a vending machine then go back here again.

Great place for coffee and delicious Muffin! Always get the delicious Muffin with coffee and never disappointed. All the Muffins, cakes and food are freshly made there. It gets really busy on the weekend. The service is really good and fast. Friendly Staff. Must visit place.

A good Muffin Break overall. Position in food court handy, up the escalators from cinema. Gluten free muffins (essential for coeliacs) are really good, especially any with chocolate chips. Their coffee is always good, too.

The gluten free spinach muffins are really yum but I don't buy them often because I think they are bit overpriced, same with most of food at muffin break

Gluten free muffins available for the traveling coeliac. Always on our list when we visit Sydney. This shop closed for a while but now it's back. Friendly staff A++.

Just ordered a soy caramel latte and the guy who served me got the order wrong. I received a soy latte and not the caramel latte that I had ordered. They ended up not making it again with caramel syrup but instead just added caramel syrup to the coffee. The guy continued to argue that I didn't say caramel latte but I said to him that I did as I don't drink it without caramel. He was very rude and becoming slightly agitated. Very unprofessional service. Would not go to that muffin break hornsby again to be spoken down to.
