We had an amazing experience working with Von and all her team in selling our home.One of the great things working with Von was that she didn't over promise and under deliver. In our first meeting, she gave us a realistic picture of how long a sale would be likely to take and the kind of price we could expect. She then exceeded all expectations (under contract in less than a week at a price beyond what we had hoped for). I think this is really important because we wanted an agent who would be honest with us so that we could make realistic plans for the future. With so many other agents, I had the impression that they would say anything to get you to sign with them, but Von over delivered every time.Von was also incredibly patient and supportive throughout the process. We were buying and selling simultaneously, which meant real time constraints and a lot of pressure. Also, we were selling our first home and so we aren't experienced investors or anything and all the legalese and 'real estate speak' could be quite overwhelming. In every meeting and on every phone call, Von was happy to answer every question and explained everything that would happen in a way that was clear and reassuring. The communication from Von, Liz, Jacqui and the whole team was fantastic throughout - we felt included and supported in the decision making, but also reassured that the team knew what they were doing and we could hand over our worries to them. We were always kept in the loop and were given detailed updates after every open or private inspection. Liz was an absolute powerhouse of organisation and made sure that everything was signed and arranged well in advance.The team also did an amazing job with our place in the styling, photography and presentations. Jacqui and Liz were respectful of the fact that we were still living in the property, but made the place look better than it ever had.We cannot speak more highly of Pinnacle Properties and if we are ever selling again in the future, this would be the only agency we would contact.
