Point Cook Coastal Park
Fun place for kids. A great family beach with mellow waves and loads of sea shells for kids. Showed the kids snail eggs, cockles, clams, sea sponge, oyster shells. Love to teach my kids about the different sea creatures here and spend a whole afternoon.Lot of trees near the beach for a shady respite. Free BBQ areas completely covered for a sausage sizzle. And a couple of playgrounds for kids to roam around. A bit dated setup, but a great rustic feel and close to nature. What more could you ask for?

Very nice place for an outing .. ample car parking , wide open spaces for kids to run around .. good walking areas near the water..and a decent play area for the kids .. would say that it's a good place to catch up for a BBQ with friends

Very good place for all sorts of visitors. The basic amenities are appropriate but needs some maintenance.Although the beach is quite shallow and quiet okay.The water bodies and bushes are quite safe for various birds, rabbits, foxes.

Point Cook Coastal Park
Not far outside Point Cook Town Centre is the authentic Coastal Park. Great for BBQ's (lots of space), walks along the beach, not always a picture perfect beach but very authentic. Interesting at low tide.
