What can I say . I called them up on a Friday afternoon. To be told that there was 3 days a week available for my son. I then asked if I could have a tour on the Monday as I was still unloading the trailer from our move.I was told that was fine an my details were then taken .On the the Monday I found myself caught up in traffic an was running 15mins late. I called the day care to inform them I was running late. Only to be told that the position had been filled by another family on Friday.No phone call or consideration to what a step back that has been for my family... I'm not impressed at all

I find this FDC a very pleasant place to be..I found that the children are always happy with all the resources and the large outdoor equipment which puts a smile on their faces…
