Very unprofessional over 4 weeks a large yellow letter and a childs toy sat on the front desk and never moved. Meeting room was disgusting with dirt and food stains on chairs and tables. Printing on MP's letterhead? with some of it over printed and unreadable. Constantly told to go to places to get things only to be told when i got there I don't need it or can't be given it. Not a rehab at all. Very pushy got me to change my restrictions with my DR. STAY THE HELL AWAY!!!
