Came in to check out the new models, plenty to choose from. Nice selection of preowned bikes there also. Staff didn't harass and gave me time to look over the different models and felt comfortable if I needed extra help there would be someone available to help.

Bought a bike and I live 3 hours away. Before I got I realised somethings were not quite. They would not help but said they will honour warranty when I come down next. I rode the bike in for what they said would take a couple hours". THEY admitted there was stuff wrong that shouldn't have been missed. Head stem bearing and forks completely stuffed and dangerous. Bike should have never left their shop like this.After 7 hours I rode home. Long story short
