I had a worst experience today with Karen.we were so interested in a property and asked her to arrange an offer before Auction she told us the owner was happy with price and we went ahead with contract but after giving the signed one she suddenly called and renegotiate and said the owner wants more! Then when we called her and wants offer more she put us to give an unconditional offer with higher price we accepted all but again she called that the owner was in doubt and came to auction. It seems that she is so unprofessional and does not consider the buyer situation at all. She absolutely has pushing behaviour and changes her mind a lot. Put ppl in stress to increases the property value is not ethical at all . I just waste my time and lost some other auction because of their unprofessional and unethical behaviours .
