Very nice atmosphere and 100% great service! Love the toastie and croissant. Very good location and the music was great. Great coffee too!

A nostalgic experience for us. Had lots of candy we had as a kid. The shop was tidy and the staff did not pester us despite our prolonged window shopping. The store was also split as an equipment room for the putt putt activity just outside.J

Wow, we had exactly same experience as Tanya and twice! Staff seemed resentful to serve. We thought it was just a bad day the first time but second day was no different. Both times were different staff.I'm reluctant to post a bad rep for the cafe as it's a small business but the above is an understatement of the dismal experience. I do wish more for the cafe as it's a beautiful location. Owners should give the receiving end of the service a try.

We just bought two pies from this baker not 20 minutes ago. They were inedible. Way Way Way too much pastry, not enough filling, and what we could taste of the filling was dreadful, if we had eaten them there, I would have been requesting a refund.

A rather underwhelming experience. Overpriced and way over cooked brownie. Iced coffee was nothing to write home about either. On the positive, it's a pleasant location and staff were friendly, but I definitely won't be coming back!

The service was excellent, especially considering that 8 of us walked in unexpectedly.Chunky beef pie was very tasty and the sausage roll was the best I'd had anywhere for over 20 years.I can understand that some people's experiences may differ, but ours was 5 Star.

Quaint little bakery cafe in the Grindelwald shopping complex. Good selection of home made cakes. Recommend the Black Forest and Carrot cake. Hot and cold drinks available. Friendly, helpful staff.

Service was great, lady was super lovely. The nachos were amazing and great value for $9.5, perfect lunch for 2 people. The thick shakes have room for improvement as they’re more of a milk shake with ice cream in it however a great experience overall

Worst experience with this Cafe. The man that served us was extremely rude, slamming his fist down on the counter when I asked if they had iced chocolates or chocolate milkshakes. There is no menu or anything so you can't tell what they sell. He continued to look out the window while serving us, treating us like it was a burden. Asked us if we were eating in or taking away. We said eat in, he then decided to tell us that we can't eat in as they are about to close even though their closing time was 1.5 hours away. Ordered ham cheese croissants. They were both inedible due to being burnt. Mine was black. Abaolutly disgusted. Will not be back which is a shame because I'm all for supporting small businesses.
