Their support team helped with my questions about connecting doors to Apple HomeKit automation, which I got working beautifully! A fantastic local company!From the first time that I contacted them to the installation, the Customer Service was excellent and the process was a breeze. They phoned when they said they would, the quotation was done on the day & time that was stated and the guys arrived to install the roller door on the day & at the time that was agreed upon.A phone call or a text was sent prior to arrival on each occasion.Besides having a lovely new roller door, there was no evidence of a tradesman being at my home.I highly recommend Bax Doors, they are a great company!!They have great customer service, a fabulous product and terrific staff!

We had our 20 year old garage door opener replaced by Bax Doors and are totally happy with all aspects of the job. Bax's initial customer service contact was helpful and efficient, explaining our options and providing clarity of costs and timing. I'd previously spoken to another supplier but chose Bax based on their professional approach.On the scheduled day for the work, Bax's installer arrived on time and discussed the pros and cons of servicing the existing system versus fitting a new motor and drive system. I chose the option of having a new motor and new remote controls, together with a battery backup (for those times when a blackout would otherwise render the electrical drive system inoperable).The work was carried out efficiently and professionally, leaving no mess or problems, within the agreed price.Our new garage door opener is significantly quieter, faster and smoother. I'm completely happy with all aspects of the new system and Bax's pre-sales and installation, so I'd unreservedly recommend Bax Doors Pty Ltd.

Had the frame that pulls up/pushes down the door replaced this morning. Joel and Ollie were brilliant. Very polite and diligent. They also demonstrated great initiative pointing out other serious problems (rusty rod that handles the automated operation of the door) not in the original quote. They replace it there and then, and also made the operation of our garage door a lot more quiet! The office were very professional in issuing out the quotes and invoice electronically via SMS and email. Prices are very reasonable too. Will refer Back Garage Doors to others.

Great service. Good communication, and staff are friendly. They were able to replace two panels of our damaged garage door, whereas the other company we got a quote from just wanted to replace everything although it wasn't necessary.

Very knowledgeable and friendly gentleman was able to come and fix our garage door on the day it was broken. Also seemed to charge a very reasonable price for the job. We'll definitely go back to them for any future repairs or improvements.

Called Bax Doors and two days later they’re at my place completing repairs which included the install a new roller door motor. The door is like new again! Fantastic service just before Christmas. Highly recommend Bax Doors

Bax Doors efficiently diagnosed the problem and got my old garage door working again with a new motor pending delivery and fitting of a new Panelift door. The technicians were very skilled and professional and the new door looks great! I can recommend this quality service.
