Came out to give us a quote on new kitchen. Didn't knock on the door or call to say was outside and no one answering door. We were home and garage door wide open. Only screen door closed

Did not turn up on time or didn't turn up at all. Did not complete the job to satisfaction. Cabinate installers were great, professional and cleaned up after themselves. Stone bench top installers were great and lovely. Plummer left rubbish everywhere and the old toilet at the bottom of the stairs of our apartment block and I received a complaint. Suncoast kitchens told me to break it up myself and put it in the bin. The receptionist is very rude and she is the face of the company. She is very overworked, but no excuse. I will never use them again.

I am glad that I found Suncoast kitchen to plan and build my kitchen cabinet. Mark is experienced and knowledgeable, he patiently listened to my concerns and gave us genuine advice. I will definitely use their service in future when needed.

Bathrooms. The job took 3 months to complete. The workmanship in 1 bathroom was very poor, for example, bench top was incorrectly measured/cut resulting in 9mm gap in places being packed with silicone. Abusive phone call received and our complaints ignored
