Ordered Cement mixer, got it in less then a week. Same state but still very impressive, specially for a large item and to rural area. And for a very good delivery charge, far cheaper then others I looked at. Not to mention I got a quality item, it was on special but they have specials all the time. I almost paid more for less quality and would have over paid for freight. Not my first purchase from Tools Warehouse and defanatly not the last one.Great communication, A+++ plus service. The items which arrived were exactly as ordered. Due to availability, the items were sent in two separate shipments but this did not involve any extra cost to me. I am very satisfied.

I have had so much trouble with this place - I placed an order over a month ago they took my money and didn’t send the product - I had one reply from them saying they would be back to me by the eod with results and I just never heard anything else from them. I have to dispute the transaction with my bank now but I really did just want the product - I am out $115 dollars, for no reason other than terrible service and online ordering system.DO NOT PURCHASE ONLINE FROM THIS COMPANY

My order was bought at a very reasonable price. I am pleased with my purchase. Delivery, a bit slow; from the time I placed my order to delivery by Australia Post, it took 10 days (6 workdays).

I am extremely impressed with Tools Warehouse Smithfield.Had a little difficulty with a workshop space heater I purchased not working correctly, nothing major but the moment I rang, the Tools Warehouse team without question got straight onto it and organized a registered service person to come.Paul arrived within two hours and pick up the unit to take back to his workplace to address the issue.You will not find a more punctual, better back up service than that and it was all arranged from NSW, I am in W.A.Thanks Heaps Tools Warehouse SmithfieldWarm RegardsJohn Stratford

I placed an order with four items that were available for immediate shipping - three out of four items were delivered over one week later, with no information on the fourth item. I emailed customer service to find out about the fourth item and never heard back from them (no phone number to call - the physical shops and the online store are different entities). Over two weeks after the order was placed, I received another package - this time, the item was not what I ordered but an incorrect item. I then emailed again to find out what was happening with my missing item and still have not heard anything back. Called one of the stores and the staff told me I have to continue to email the online customer service team.It's now been over a month and I still have not received my order that I have paid for. I have written many emails and no one is responding. Four and a half weeks later and my order has still not been fulfilled.Probably the worst online shopping experience I've ever had - will never shop with this company again.

I placed an online order so cannot comment on face-to-face staff interaction. However my order was despatched in a timely manner and received in good condition. Item was as described on the website and I had no problem in putting it together. All the parts were there and they fit well together. Currently burning weeds out of crevices, driveway and wherever else they may pop up that is not appropriate!!

Order received pretty quick quality product and attractive prices I recommend.
