Amazing work by the team at merri , love the new window they did exsacly what i asked for and kept the old style to my house with triangle tips to the windows and pet proof flyscreens my cats can now enjoy the sun and brease/ fresh air without escaping. Thank you guys from merri

I had made & installed mirror sliding doors, they arrived quickly & was booked in pretty fast to install. Install was straight forward but they left without finishing with a very big gap where the door kept opening back to. They came back reluctantly & fixed the problem with packers, now the door stays shut. It looks really good & a quality job was done on both the doors & install, with minimal mess. However getting a printed receipt from them was like getting your teeth pulled. Which we needed for proof of purchase & warranty. Which was really short only 1 yr & not on the glass compared to other already made doors which had a lot longer warranty of at least 5 yrs each.

The team at Merri Aluminium and Auto Doors came at their earliest convenience to rectify some issues with our auto door at Penry Routson Optometrists, which was great as it was a very cold wintery day.

The two stars are an indication of the communication breakdown between office staff and estimators. We had finalised our quote with black satin windows, and at installation the guys had white windows. Very disappointed but since it took roughly 12 months to get our windows, we settled on white. The installation crew were absolutely amazing and extremely friendly leaving our place clean and tidy.
