Albany Care Medical Centre

This used to be a good place for appointments but a person who arrived after me and for a later booking got seen first.Waited half hour and still wasn't in. So I cancelled the booking as I had to go to work.When you have 8am (first of the day) appointment you expect to be the first in.When complaining to management was told the doctor was double booked for the same time and couldn't give a reasonable explanation as to why.I'm moving my business elsewhere. No communication between doctors and staff.

Best gp ive ever been to :) im not overly fond of having to go to a doctors but everytime ive come here I feel so comfortable and genuinly cared for!! I dont live in the area and am whiling to travel to go to this practice :)

Not Happy, went there with my 12 year old son and they didn't Bulk Bill for him, children usually get Bulk Billed, really felt ripped off. The doctor wasn't very good with people.

Dr Omotayo was fantastic for me and my one week old baby. She was very attentive and helpful. Will definitely be my family GP from now on.

Prompt reply. Doctor Eng Ong is always very respectful of our families needs and genuinely cares. I've been taking my children to see Dr Eng Ong for about 16 years. Any nurses or administration ladies have always be kind and very helpful.

Dr Lovemore was exceptional He listened and then covered so many bases of what was my medical issue Definitely have found our family Doctor

Stay well clear of this type of practice.Duty of care 0.Reception staff/ Mng 0 - needs a lot of training if they are to remain in this type of role/profession.Time management 0 -It’s all about how many appointments can we jam into one day at the detriment to sick patients.

This used to be a good medical practice but it is not any more. I would only give a one star rating and do not recommend this medical practice. The staff are not very helpful and patients are treated like a number.

I have been a patient with this practice for 26 years it is an excellent, caring & extensive practice which care for its patients.Dr Chong-Eng Ong has looked after my health needs for the last 12 years he is an excellent GP

Consultation with Dr Louise Gardiner was satisfactory as usual. I was there for a Hep booster shot and nurse was lovely too. I was less than happy to find out upon exiting and arranging to pay for the booster shot that my GP has cancelled Bulk Billing, without any notification to the customers. It is not good enough to find out after the event and be given no choice. I would not have proceeded with the consultation with this GP had I known this had changed. In this day of messaging and digital communication, it would not be difficult to contact all clients to inform then that some doctors have chosen to not bulk bill anymore. This is their right, however, is also my right to not choose to use that GP anymore and go elsewhere.
