Possum Hollow Child Care Centre

We are just shocked by the poor experience and lack of communication we have experienced with this childcare centre. In fact we never even got around to enrolling our child in this centre. Firstly when you call the centre, no one ever picked up the phone despite multiple attempts. I finally had to facebook the centre in order to get any response back to arrange a tour. Initially during our tour we were impressed by the facility and we were actually keen to enrol our child in this centre. However after informing the manager Jennifer of our intentions to proceed to enrol, she NEVER once got back to us, never replied to any texts. I also even had to call the centre (on the one time someone actually managed to pick up my call) and left my details for her to call me back (she already has my number) but again never heard back from her. I cannot believe how unprofessional the management is in this place and their lack of response. Surely they would want our business and our child to be enrolled there? All the other centres I have been communicating with have had top notch communication with me (in fact even hounding me on the phone to check whether I was interested to proceed with them or not). But with Possum Hollow, we never heard back from them despite wanting to proceed. It does NOT fill me with confidence and honestly how could I feel safe about placing my child at Possum Hollow now that I know how hard it is to get a response from them or any information back? What if I had to contact them urgently regarding my child, surely they wouldn't answer the phone or call me back? So very disappointing.

My daughter has been going here for a while now, from about the age of 8 months. They all do a fantastic job taking care of her and she loves her time there.

Jen and Matt are wonderful people, who care about the kids and the families that attend their centre.Our son has been attending since he was a baby (he’s now 4) and he absolutely loves going to possum hollow. They finally have an amazing team of staff, who all love their jobs and take pride in their work.If you’re looking for childcare with an amazing team then I recommend coming down to the centre and seeing it for yourself. The team they have now are absolutely amazing. I can not recommend them enough!

Our daughter has going to Possum Hollow Child Care Centre nearly 4 months now. All staff & manager are friendly & helpful. They have taken care of our daughter really well and advise us any concern of her. Highly recommended!!!!

I did my work based training both for cert3 and diploma in Possum Hollow. All the staffs are very friendly, supportive and I had good experience there. I highly recommend future students to do your WBT in Possum Hollow.
