Worst customer service ever. Do not recommend.

Advertised that they are open weekends...went to get my medicine Saturday. ...they were closed. Tried again Sunday, again they were closed. It is advertised here they stay open to 3pm . False and very bad for patients who leave their prescripting with them

Terrible service - rang the pharmacy before leaving the house to enquire about a product she assured me she had, only to arrive and be told they didn't actually have it. Honestly - not even an apology for mis-informing me. Never again

This pharmacy has the worst customer service. There is a complete disregard for customers, and even if there is no other customer in the pharmacy except for you, they (all 3 workers) will steadily ignore you and continue to go about their non-customer duties, such as unboxing and stocking shelves. The way it SHOULD be is that customers come first, and you service them quickly and efficiently and ONLY go back to unboxing and shelf facing in between customers. They are especially indifferent towards the customers who are paying a fee for methadone servicing (which they aren’t very discreet about) - these poor customers are ignored, left waiting and when finally are dealt with, are treated with ZERO customer service, no apologies for long wait times and shooed away once their dose has been administered. I have worked at a pharmacy before and these customers should never be made to feel like this, they are paying customers and deserve respect and PROPER SERVICE. Paul needs to retrain his staff in proper customer service and he could even save on paying so many staff - you wouldn’t need that many if they were more efficient! Sloppy is the best word to describe the way this pharmacy is run.

They didn't have the medication we were after and told us the only one they had available was expired.
