These guys are the best. Small, local, family owned business who truly care and look after their clients. TCR were recommended to me by a friend and after receiving a quote, I booked an interstate move for November 2022. Unexpectedly, I found myself admitted to hospital for emergency surgery 5 days before my move date. With no way to get it done myself I reached out to Jo. She and the team worked with me to come pack up my home and ensure I was ready to go as scheduled. I am so grateful for their kindness, understanding and help. I found their prices were more than fair and far more affordable than some others I reached out to (back in June) who tried to upcharge and upsell stuff I didn’t want or need.So if you want to support a small, reliable, local business, who will do right by you, these are the movers for you.

I ordered some furniture with a retailer here in Cairns and Jadin and Kale with the deliverers and assemblers for the items last week. These hard-working blokes offloaded my order only for one item (the heaviest mind you) to have some hardware missing which resulted in the retailer telling them to pack it all up and return it. Whilst we were all put out by this the boys were very professional about it all. They were very communicative and friendly throughout the whole process. Sorry again boys for the heavy furniture and I hope you guys had a safe drive back south! Top blokes! Great service!

WE had our furniture removed from South Australia over one year ago all was great with the pickup and the removal into their storage for ten months we received our goods last november the truck arived from Townsville to Cairns and the truck had leaked and a lot of our items were soaked with water We went through our inventory we had and are missing around 7or eight boxes as well as a wheelbarrow A wheel off a bike and a six wheel trolly we also have someones items as well We have tried to contact them numerous times to find our missing items they never answer there phone or emails as if we are being vetted 6 weeks ago we received a email saying our items would be coming up in two weeks from then but no truck arrived and no phone call or email has been received I have tried to contact their office several times since and have had no reply they are happy to take our money for the removal and storage fees for ten months but that where their sevice seems to end.

Very unhappy with this company we used.Moved a fair distance, paid almost 4500 dollars to get to our destination only to realise items were damaged or completely missing.Ended up with other people's belongings with our own no where to be seen.Now out of pocket to replace lost items and out of pocket to have items repaired.Only offer we received in any form of compensation was 80 dollars for a sound bar which was damaged during loading, no apology at all either.No plastics used on furniture no removlist blankets used either.Would never suggest nor recommend this company.

We used Twin Cities Removalists from. Melbourne to Cannonvale QLD.The pricing was very reasonable and the service was fantastic. The company kept us up to date with arrival times and delivery times. The staff were very helpful andprofessional. We moved a 3 bedroom home furnishings. All our belongings arrived in great conditional with no breakages I would highly recommend thisCompany and would use them again if required. Thankyou to you for making our move an enjoyable experience.

This is an absolutely amazing family owned business. Every member takes care & pride with their work & this is quite obvious to each and every customer. Jo and her family listened to every request & went above and beyond to cater to my tricky move interstate. I wouldn’t recommend anyone more. Everything was on time, prompt & as requested. I couldn’t have asked for a better service. This family make it possible regardless of the circumstances. Super hard workers! All the best to these wonderful people!

Great Company to deal with Price was excellent and the guys took great care of our Furniture would definitely use again

Paid over $4k to move our family. Broken, damaged and lost property as a result of this company. No sincere apology attempt made when contacted. Have tried to deny the broken/damaged or lost property in email correspondence. Out of pocket now for the cost of moving, but also the repairing/replacement of property. We are still going through our belongings and finding more stuff missing or broken. No offer of paying our insurance excess or coming to the party at all. No use of protection for the furniture items. Staff need better training or to take better care.Have tried to have email correspondence with no luck. Took problem to office of fair trading and they continually lied through their teeth and still no reimbursement for damages or lost items, or location of our missing items. Do not recommend this company. They threatened legal action because we posted our reviews also. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone

A truly wonderful experience with a highly professional and experienced team. I was coordinating my Australian move from the UK so was sending emails at all hours however Jo and Justine responded quickly every time and nothing was too much trouble. I wasn’t available for the unloading either so a lot of communication was done through some friends of mine - again, Jo and Justine rose to the challenge! I couldn’t have been happier abd I couldn’t recommend these guys highly enough.

Where to begin.... We moved in Jan 2022. The container got water in it and some of our possessions were water damaged and written off. They transported our car, which they were not equipped to do as the car kept slipping off the trailer (their words) and the chains damaged the rims. February 2022 they said they were looking into replacements, another follow up in August and of course they're onto it.....Nothing since.They were highly responsive and friendly up until the move. The movers themselves were friendly and on point, everything after has been a completely negative and unreasonable experience.I get that these things can happen, but the outcome is not equitable, nor professional.
