We go there at least once a week to stock up.Everything there is lovely and fresh and it shows in the tasting. Meatballs, pasta, the zeppoles, the mini pizzas.......excellent.Ok might be a bit more expensive than the supermarket but you get what you pay for.Here is a pic of the wife's chicken tenders and chicken and sundried tomato pasta....see, speaks for itself.

This used to a great business, unfortunately now it is very hit and miss in regards to quality of the product.They don’t “prepare” the raw ingredients for the salads on site just combine them to make the salads. The cooking is also done off site as well so understandably this business is at the mercy of their supplier/s.For example I used to love their chicken tenderloins, of late they have been small and over cooked to the point of being tough and burnt.Today I bought their pumpkin/bean/chickpea/feta/sundries tomato salad today. The pumpkin was so under cooked I could barely put a knife through it and the whole salad was somewhat tasteless.It is a pity the quality of the food has dropped because the staff there are always polite and friendly.

They have lunch specials that are very well priced (around $11) and generous size. Comes with two salads so its generally quite a healthy option. I love their fritata. Their range of fresh pasta is also extensive and of good quality.

Great place. You can get soup and garlic bread for a cheap price. Also you can buy 3 different soups for a low cost. Good to go and buy pasta dishes if you live on your own

The service is always excellent. I love the vegetarian canelloni varieties, they make a quick, easy to eat meal without all the labour on my part.
