Started my day with nothing worse than dropping my phone on the street and it got ran over by a car, completely destroyed, Samsung could not help me save it but to buy a new phone, thought that my day was over, all my precious family photos, and my business contacts still inside that phoneMy mate suggested me to come to Fone King at Castle Towers, they said they would give it a go.My mate was right, these guys are amazing !Huge thanks to Adam and Quang, who helped me to get my phone back to life again without losing anything, you guys saved my day

Visited for a iphone fix. Saxon & Pradip was amazing helping me out and sorted it all out in 20 mins. Appreciate it.

Josh and Sha were really helpful advising me of a good phone case and threw in a great deal with a discount on the best quality screen protectors.

Went in and saw Badih to clean up spam on my phone. He was very helpful and professional and gave me free advice on what to do in the future with this problem. He did the job in no time and did not charge for his services.

One star is way too generous. Went to get the battery replaced on my iPhone that still worked perfectly just wanted to enhance performance. I asked for the $109 battery. Signed the papers and came back in an hour. They had put the $149 in without calling me to discuss this first because supposedly the cheaper one didn’t work for my phone. I had no proof of that. I didn’t want the more expensive one and I did not want to pay for it. So my only option was for them to put my old battery back in BUT I would have to pay the $59 service fee that’s in the contract.. what absolutely robbery (make sure you read the ridiculous fine print in the contract). After having an uncomfortable, long and loud conversation with the “regional area manager” who had 0 customer service skills, they decided to put my old battery back in and I wouldn’t have to pay the service fee. Exactly what should have had happened from the beginning. Thank you!? The cherry on the cake… they didn’t put my original apple battery back in. They put an old non-apple battery back in my phone that completely ruined it, plus damaged a connector inside. Needless to say it doesn’t work anymore. Lost everything on my phone. Sent a formal complaint.. no response. This company Fone King and the kids that work there needs looking into as this type of behavior that I have unfortunately witnessed is abominable. I feel absolutely robbed. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES.

Good service, fair price (not cheap) but you pay a little more for good workmanship and that’s what I got for a full screen replacement.

Saxon went above and beyond to help us out. We are self-proclaimed techno-phobs but were made to feel super supported. Highly recommend
