Connells Point Public School

Parents block the road during school times. Complete grid lock at 3:20pm. Nobody can get past them because they queue through intersection. Happens every day the school needs to do something about it. I have to wait 30 minutes just to be able to get into my driveway that would normally take less than a minute to get to

I loved my time at this school back in the late 70's!!!!! I had great teachers and friends, I remember the names of every one of them. I Have lots of fond memories of sports carnivals, swimming lessons at Carss Park Pool and school fetes

This school is absolutely atrocious.1. The teaching curriculums. The teaching is very bad as there are 5/6 classes and 3/4 classes resulting year 6 to leave the school without learning anything. My sister had to learn half year 5 things and half year 6. However the year 6 work was very basic which resulted to my sister not learning anything the whole time. 5/6 classes were very troublesome. Someone decided to get covid (in my sister's class in year 5)which resulted into my sister not going to school on the last day and made her a close contact. Then, my whole family had to cancel the trip and lost over $3000.2. The teachers. My sister had this teacher called Miss Monsalve who implied that Asian people always go tutoring and don't do anything else on the weekend. Well in fact she probably does not know that Australia's teaching curriculum is poor and India, America, Britain, Sweden and many MORE have better teaching, resulting to the fact that people have to tutor. Miss Monsalve also said that 'CHINESE people have to get rid of their accents.' Obviously it seemed she aimed for CHINESE people only. Ms O'Keefe. My sister did not have her regular science teacher so she has Ms O'Keefe. Ms O'Keefe actually ended up not doing science and just making everyone write character traits about themselves. She also yelled at someone for reading a book on their iPad when she said Everyone take your reading book out.' And that girl she yelled at was ASIAN. However this Ms O'Keefe lady did not yell at students that were talking and not even reading. They were all caucasian kids. Mrs Economy. This teacher had my sister for about 45 minutes and when a student was finished their work

This school can't even teach students. While I was walking the students said some rubbish words to me. Bad school.

yeah i kind of agree with the other reviews i got badly bullied by a mean person i got severely hurt and the bully lied. So i got in big trouble and i was apparently a liar and got yelled at by an angry teacher . A very depressing experience. Also i have a bad disease and everyone bullies me.

This school is very white dominated and teachers are very biased towards a set group of people and were very strict and would yell at us all the time for the most minor reasons.

My son attended this school and had a wonderful experience... highly recommended.
