Ordered fencing for an event, I was very particular about the installation and I couldn't be home for delivery - felt terrible being so fussy but I live in a unit so had to be careful with neighbours and parking. They were so considerate, followed direction perfectly and even sent me the pictures of it before they left. Would definitely hire again :)

We are a residential builder and recently tried to hire a temporary power pole for one of our sites .With no notifaction email, text or call they turned up while the site was unattended requested access within ten minutes which was unachiveable , drove off we have been charged call out fee. Second visit again no notification had access but was told cant install due to a treeOffice staff rude just a ridiculous experience would not recomend to anyone

Min hire is 10 weeks. do not reccommend

DO NOT HIRE - Absolute joke of a company. Firstly, they delivered the temp fencing 3 weeks later than promised, resulting in significant delays to works and added costs on my end. Then they failed to remove the fencing after 6-months, where they attempted to charge me for the additional couple of weeks that it remained on site.The worst part of it is that they tried to make it out as if it were my fault and chasing me up for over 6 months for a measly $39 (additional time on site) that I refused to pay out of principle. This involves months of back and forth e-mails and relentless cold phone calls.Today, almost one year since first installed, they finally agreed to write off the small sum. The correct approach from the start would have been to credit the amount respectfully and apologise for their error, instead, like a dog with a bone, they were relentless to say that it was my fault for not clearly instructing them to remove the fencing. The failure to deliver the fence on time, they admitted fault. Obviously they have issues with receiving instructions in any form.Customer service was poor when they called, raising her voice at me, speaking over the top of me and not letting me explain the two issues, where through their poor understanding, thought that it was the one issue at play. They closed off with a “please don’t hire from us again” and abruptly hung up when I respectfully closed with “have a nice day”. Thanks Jo!!!I will be telling all of my property developing friends and builders in the surrounding areas to stay away from you and your company practices.

We have hired fencing, toilet and power pole. So far everything has been delivered and installed on time. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Would recommend Eagle Hire Eltham.

I work for a commercial builder, we hired temporary power poles for a large scale build and could not be happier with the service, rates and general customer service. Would recommend for both small and large sites.
