No price tags, so check before you pay because they won't tell you the additional charges if you don't check the transactions.They charge an additional $1 per helium balloon for the “balloon arrangement” at the checkout. Not sure what kind of arrangement is required for 4 balloons so I walk out and get the same things from another store. Everything is cheaper at another store and free of charge for arranging 4 balloons together.

Purchased 10 RED polka dot table cloths, arrived as PINK - upon speaking to CS apparently their are variations of the red. I had to use them as the birthday was the next day. After expressing my frustration they replied “hope you had a great birthday”. So unprofessional, will not be shopping here again.

I went in to the store and got the best experience. My elderly mum over bought some stuff forParty and unfortunately she got some stuff of wrong theme to the party, we didn’t end up using it. I walked in to the store told them about the situation showed the products were unused unopened.They gave me a store credit will surely be using it for my son’s birthday next month

Dont use this company. We ordered some items for a Corporate event for Chinese New Year. The items never turned up and we have never received the money back. Nor do they bother to answer the phone so you cant chat to them about it. We will now have to dispute with credit card company. But dont use there are plenty of other places to get your party needs met.
