STAY AWAY!!!I was a long time customer of Rupert's, 5yrs + and over time he has become extremely rude, a liar and a cheat!Rupert gave us a packaged price which we agreed to. He drafted all the pipes etc and we gave half of the money to begin with and the rest to be paid upon fit off when we had finished our renovation. When we called him back to complete the fit off, he asked for more money which we agreed to, he told my husband he was going to Reece to pick up some parts and he just took off and never returned to complete the job nor did he answer any of our calls. Finally when he answered days later he had decided it wasnt worth his time to complete our job. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND SHOCKED CONSIDERING HE IS RUNNING A BUSINESS! STAY AWAY! PLENTY OF PLUMBERS OUT THERE! YOU DONT NEED THE HEADACHE OF RUDE COMMENTS AND SNIDE REMARKS!RUPERT - Although you are working for Builders now and dont need us customers anymore because you said and i quote Time wasters"

Had a hot water tank fail (February 2017), and after getting several quotes found Rupes Plumbing, The work completed was of a very high standard and the pipework a mini work of art. The effort to install the pipes inside the stud wall was really appreciated and meant we claimed back a massive storage space where the tank had been. Very competitive price combined with no nonsense information and advice on materials and placement. Have happily passed on his details to several friends and builders.

Have asked Rupes to help on both of my businesses on multiple occasions and we couldn't fault him.Needed urgent grease trap cover. I asked a few other plumbers in my area before I knew of Rupes and they all told me different things then told me they would help but never got back. When we asked Rupes to come in, he measured the slot for the missing grease trap lid and had one custom made faster than I had expected.From then we stuck with Rupes and he didn't disappoint.Needed urgent Sydney water requirements attended to(backflow prevention and in sink waste traps) and he had the knowledge and recommendations that only an experienced plumber would. Solved in no time.Needed new commercial taps installed which also required taking apart a shelf and reinstalling. Had this done in no time on a Sunday morning at our request.(the only day we were closed)Rupes is very straight forward and clear. He'll let you know if there is a better and/or cost effective way to do things but he will recommend quality where it is absolutely required. I don't leave many reviews but when you have an honest plumber/handyman like Rupes who has the integrity that you can't find in many people these days AND the experience and know how to complement...you just have to let others know.Thanks Rupes. Really appreciate the work you've done for us. I've recommended you to a couple of mates as well. All the best!

Why can I not give Rupes 10 stars? He recently helped with my kitchen renovations and was fantastic - was told by another plumber I couldn't do what I wanted to do and Rupes came in and said of course - he did a first rate job and as a result I now have the kitchen that I want rather than a compromise.

To anyone looking for a plumber i cannot express how awesome he is. He has gone above and beyond the standard service of a plumber. Even though he has never fitted a house generator before, for a first time, he has done a top job. Would HIGHLY recomend Rupert to anyone out the looking for a top quality plumber.

Rupes has been to my place many times over the years. After using a succession of plumbers who tried to rip me off i found Rupes. Always has suggestions to save money, keep things safe etc etc.

Rupert was punctual, friendly and did an amazingly quick job installing our hot water system. 5 star service and will call him again for any future issues.

Rupert is one of the best plumbers I have met. His work is first rate, andhis knowledge and experience is par excellence. The retro fitting of watermeters was done on time and at a low cost. I whole heartily recommendrupert for any plumbing job. He is very reliable punctual and trustworthy.

We had a plumbing emergency late Friday afternoon. We were pretty worried about the situation, as our neighbours were left without water for a while. Rupert was very quick to respond, professional and friendly, resolving the issue effectively. After a stressful day, it was great result!
