Right from the initial phonecall Ben was extremely helpful in meeting my scaffolding need. He provided very competitive firm quote for delivery, set up, remove and pick up service. Ben displayed excellent customer- service & Communications skills. His response time was very quick. He is very meticulous in keeping up with the Australian Standards for safe errection of scaffolding. He also cleared the small tree branches to prevent obstruction to the scaffolding. At the time of pick up he put away my concrete base-blocks in appropriate place. The site was left neat with no damage to bushes. I had no hesitation to pay him extra to cover extra time and efforts needed to set up scaffolding at my site with sloping land and steps etc. I highly recommend Ben's scaffolding services. He won't disappoint you.
