Great professional and customer service. I brought my Klipsch KSW10 subwoofer for check for it was not working properly. Osman ( Business owner) had checked thoroughly and advised nothing was wrong with it and explained all test performed ( like a doctor to a patient ). He didn’t charge a single cent which surprised me unlike other bigger electronic stores. Let’s continue to support “Ossie” Osman - our friendly, helpful family businessman.

Friendly, honest and professional. I had issues with my TV antenna and before Osman could give me a quote he gave me some tips first. Didn’t charge me at all and his tips got my TV to work again.

I organised beforehand to bring in my LG tv in for inspection as it let out smoke when it was turned on. It was stripped and repaired on the spot for $50. Simple job but still impressed with the quick job and polite customer interaction. Highly recommend.
