I was quoted an prepared to spend close to $15,000 with them.They kept on pushing out my appointments. The worst part is they did not have any good reason to do this and never responded to my emails or messages left over the phone.The portion of work they did do, EVENTUALY(7 months after initial quote), I paid for immediately. 1 month before due date. Today, 3 months later I get a email to pay the outstanding amount.I have cancelled the other part of the jobs. They obviously do not need my money.PS: When calling Brisban TJM HQ I have been informed that these people are not listed with TJM HQ as accredited TJM Dealers

I have a series 2 Isuzu MUX and wanted a particular style of roof bar. Everyone else said they did not exist yet. Shannon thought outside the box and I got exactly what I wanted and great price. Thanks guys.

I went there to get towbar and ended up buying bike rack and other accessories too. I got pricing from multiple places and their price was the best. Also they did really good job installing towbar.The gentleman in the shop was really helpful and his intention was only to help and find out what we really need instead of trying to sell more and expensive stuff.Really happy with their serive and highly recommend them

I have had the most positive experience with TJM/Bars and Racks in Hornsby.I am from Alice Springs, and drove to Sydney to visit family. There were problems with my wheel alignment on the way home.The team at TJM in Hornsby were thorough and listened to the concerns I voiced.They went out of the way to consult and inspect my car for no costs. I was booked in promptly, and they investigated further and figured out the issue that was likely caused by a previous mechanic.I am very grateful for there amazing customer service and I am driving my car feeling safe and with no further issues.

What a bad experience from the owner himself..!! booked in a tow bar to get fitted end of 2017 excepted first quote and didn't even shop around as we like to shop local this was booked in early so my family could tow a caravan down the cost mid Jan, we contacted them on the 10th of Jan as we had not heard from them only to be told they cant help us because they cant find a tow bar..! what a joke..!

One of the best customer service experiences I ever had. I came in looking for a way to use Audi roof racks given to me without a key, for which a key is almost impossible to get, and I wasn't even sold anything. I just got advice on how I could DIY a solution and when I struggled to understand I was given step by step advice. He even axle grinded a slit into the bolts to create a make shift key-lock mechanism. I purchased a rooftop box in the end but the owner was just interested in helping me out. Highly recommended.

You don't get old style service like you get from Shannon. This is the sort of bloke that ACTUALLY rings back when he says he's going to, and actually does what he says he's going to do.Don't EVER hesitate coming to this place. You'll never regret it.The work done is first rate & the prices are VERY honest.Yeah.........a bloody good business this!!!!!
