Staff at the billing counter is extreme racist. She was so wonderful and smily to a white customer in front of me and over helpful. As soon as it was my turn her face frowned and she didnt even bother asking me my membership number. Let aside the fact that she didn't offer me a free gift (not that I needed it anyway) that she offered (2)the lady in front.Need to train staff in basics in customer service.

This is our local pharmacy and we couldn't have chosen better. The Pharmacist in charge is knowledgeable friendly and caring and always greets us by name. He knows our medications and takes time to advise us as needed for our complex conditions.The staff are always friendly and helpful and know their stock. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

Voula at the front counter went above and beyond helping me find a product at another my chemist" which they had short supply of in the store that day. I was so happy with the service and loved how nice and genuine she was. Really felt like she was providing service that not many stores do anymore. Thanks again Voula!!"

Thong and the whole pharmacy team have been extremely helpful, understanding and lovely to me since I started coming to this pharmacy 3 years ago. Service is always quick and easy. A reliable and welcoming chemist!

They did not refund on an over the counter, non refrigerated medicine half an hour after purchase. Basically stealing my money.

I've always thought Voula was so helpful and friendly. But today she proved to be an Angel. She went above and beyond. I don't know what we would've done without her! This is a great chemist, with great pharmacists and staff. She has made it greater. Thank you so much Voula!

I've been going to My Chemist Coburg for years and have always felt so well looked after. Recently, I took my child to have something checked and we got amazing advice from the pharmacist, not at rushed and it is working beautifully. My child actually asked me to do this review!

Went in Yesterday (24/10) evening to get my script and was shockingly surprised by how fast and friendly the staff and service was. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, I had a young man with long curly hair and a woman who wore glasses (forgot to take their name) who went above and beyond, asked what was wrong, gave me advice and helped me so quick. I can tell the team and vibe is amazing there :)

Has huge range of vitamins and most health care things you could require as well as some toys and household goods. Staff were very helpful when I asked for a cream to help with drawing out a splinter for my son. Has been hard to find this elsewhere!
